Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
SHIPPING SERVICE
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
We cannot ship the orders to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Any orders placed with these types of addresses will not be accepted. Additionally, we only ship to locations in Indian territory. Please enter your pin code and check if it is serviceable by us, at the product page, before placing the order.

Sometimes your order might be shipped through multiple shipments. Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This situation might arise if your order is in bulk or you have more than 3 items in your order.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The email to track the order will be shared on your registered email address.
